It's Cmd+F for video

We want to make videos as searchable as web pages.

A large part of the content people consume on the internet is now video. Yet, videos on the web are largely unindexed and remain unsearchable. We think that indexing videos and having the ability to search through them unlocks new sources of information and allows hidden bits of knowledge to resurface. Just like web pages, it doesn't make sense to go through the whole thing to find what you're looking for.

With our tech, finding information in video is as easy as using Cmd+F on a web page.

We're using cutting edge AI models to understand what's in a video, find highlights, clip out interesting moments, search through videos, chain recommendations, etc. If this is the kind of tech you'd like to work on, you should think about joining us! We're looking for talented engineers to help us move fast and break things. We don't care about credentials and are still very early, so joining us means working on cutting-edge technology to serve millions of creators and their audiences, while having a blast doing it and owning a signifiant stake of Dumme.

It all started at Y Combinator, and it's only the beginning.
